Conditions of use of the site
The use of the site of the company International Montage Maintenance S.A. (hereinafter referred to as IMM S.A.) shall be subject to adherence to the conditions listed below and of which the user is presumed to have taken cognisance without reserve on accessing the site.

The site www.imm.energy shall be the exclusive property of the company IMM S.A.

Intellectual property rights
The text, legends, layout, illustration, other written information, sound recordings and videos or other elements making up the site shall be protected by legal provisions applicable to copyright.
All the text and multimedia elements shall be exclusively owned by IMM S.A. or, if applicable, by a third party which has given its approval for their use by IMM S.A.
Unless indicated to the contrary, these elements may be copied free of charge without prior authorisation subject to the source being mentioned and solely on condition that it is strictly for private and non-commercial use.
The user nevertheless undertakes not to remove specific wording indicated, if applicable, by the site manager and not to circumvent technical document protection measures such as printing or downloading restrictions.
Any other use shall be subject to prior written application for authorisation sent by email to the address imm@imm.energy.
Liability
IMM S.A. takes the greatest care in executing, conceptualising and updating this site whose objective is to allow the user to access, in all transparency, information regarding the company and its activities.
Nevertheless, it cannot guarantee the accuracy of information proposed therein and also draws the user’s attention to the fact that the information therein is not fixed and is likely to be changed over a period of time.
Hence, IMM S.A. can in no way be held responsible for any inconvenience or damages that may arise from the use of information posted on the site.
Users are nevertheless invited to notify IMM S.A., by email to the address imm@imm.energy, of any errors that they may detect. IMM S.A. shall do everything to make justified adaptations or amendments that may prove to be necessary.
Hypertext links
Subject to prior authorisation, IMM S.A. shall not authorise hypertext links which refer back to the home page of the company’s site or to a specific page in so far as it is not in its entirety.
It shall be forbidden to insert, without the prior and formal approval of IMM S.A., one or several pages of the IMM S.A. site within the pages of another site. Any request in this regard must be sent by email to the address imm@imm.energy.
Hypertext links appearing on the site and pointing the user to other internet sites may in no way render IMM S.A. liable for the content of these sites or the accuracy of the address allowing for access thereto.
Technical problems
IMM S.A. undertakes to take all necessary precautions to avoid an interruption or inconvenience that could result from a technical problem and therefore does not accept any responsibility in this regard.
IMM S.A. also does not take any responsibility for the defective transmission of data which may be linked, for example, to incompatibilities arising from the user’s browser.
Legal proceedings
Non-adherence to these provisions and any inappropriate use of text or multimedia elements of the site may be subject to legal proceedings instituted by IMM S.A.
