1. Conditions of Use

We invite you to read these Conditions of Use carefully. By browsing on the Site, you accept to be bound by these Conditions of Use. If you do not accept these Conditions of Use, you will not be permitted to continue using the Site or to open the Site.
1.2 IMM S.A. reserves the right to amend the Conditions of Use at any one time. By browsing on the Site, you accept to be bound by the Conditions of use in force at that moment in time. 10. Applicable law and competent judge
10.1 The Conditions of Use shall be governed by Belgian law irrespective of the rules of dispute of laws in the area concerned. Any dispute between IMM S.A. and you resulting from or linked to the utilisation of the Site and/or application of the Conditions of Use shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels. The Conditions of Use are not aimed at infringing upon the provisions of mandatory law which may be applicable.
